Halloween on the Harbor
Every year the grounds of the Texas Maritime Museum are transformed into a goulishly good time for all ages! Halloween on the Harbor is a partnership between the Texas Maritime Museum, the Rockport Center for the Arts, the Fulton Mansion, and the Aransas County Library to provide a safe, fun environment for trick or treaters!
